Customisation Overview
We offer embroidery and heat seal print on our customisable products. We will need to prepare your logo artwork into a suitable format to enable us to apply it to your garments.
Artwork setup
Please supply your artwork as an editable AI, EPS or PDF format. We understand that this may not always be possible and we may be able to accept high resolution JPEG or PNG files. Depending on the complexity of the logo we may need to recreate the logo to allow us to convert it into the required file format. We may recommend to amend the artwork for overly complex logos or poor quality supplied files to create something that can be used. We will contact you to discuss any changes required.
We are unable to accept logos with offensive or copyrighted material and reserve the right to cancel any such orders.
Colour Changes
In some cases a colour change is required on supplied logos to achieve a better finish when applied to a garment. Eg a dark navy logo being applied to a black garment would be better suited being converted to white. We will make these suggestions to you for approval before preparing artwork.
Colour Matching
Where possible we will endeavour to match the colours of your logo as close as possible. However, this is not always achievable, particularly with embroidery thread. If you require your logo to contain a specific Pantone or colour reference please contact us before placing you order to ensure we're able to meet your requirements.
Embroidery or Heat Seal Print?
Both options provide a professional and high quality addition to your garments. Print is often recommended for certain lightweight garments or complex logos with multiple colours. In some cases certain logos will not be achievable in embroidery due to a high volume of stitches or intricate details. We may need to apply a surcharge for large, high stitch count logos if you prefer embroidery over print.
