UK Returns

We understand that sometimes you change your mind, or a product doesn’t quite look or fit the way you expected when buying online. If that’s the case and you’d like to return any item(s) then please complete a return by following the link below:


You'll need your original order reference number & the original email address in order to locate your order and begin a return.

Any unwanted product(s) must be returned in a fully resalable condition (with all packaging, tags etc still intact where applicable) within 30 days of your original order. Any applicable delivery charges from your original order are non-refundable.

All returns are at your own cost and we recommend choosing a provider that offers proof of postage for your own security.


Our system provides refunds for all items returned to us. If you need a replacement item (eg smaller/bigger size) then please place a new order for your replacement item(s).

6 Month Guarantee

We’re sure you’ll be completely satisfied with our workwear. That’s why we guarantee all of our products against any manufacturing fault for a full 6 months from the date of order. If anything goes wrong during this timeframe please do not follow the normal return instructions. Instead please get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll replace your product.
